i2i successfully ran a Smartfoam tool in a 24inch Force Main. The pipeline had a line-sized pig launcher, so the Smartfoam tool was designed for use with a push-plate to mechanically push the pig into the line.

i2i successfully ran an 8inch tool with the new and improved electronics package to fit a smaller mandrel body to enhance the minimum ID passing to 30%.

i2i have now added a caliper and odometer function to the Pioneer and SmartFoam tools. The caliper will provide a detailed deposit profile of the pipeline as well as map dents and other ID changes.

Some of the i2i team have utilized their skills in helping the NHS during the Corona lockdown by using the company's 3D printer to make PPE face masks for NHS frontline workers. A great initiative by Nick Smith and Joe Stephenson especially.
