Do you need specialist personnel ?

Have a look at the picture below. On the left is a Discovery tool, on the right a conventional cleaning tool. The Discovery tool can detect internal corrosion, cracking, and a host of flow assurance and production parameters. The cleaning tool cleans. They can now both be deployed by the same local technician. Is there any need for specialist personnel to be on site in the long term ??
